Charlene P. Thweatt lived a life of service whether it was in the church or the classroom. She gave it her all while loving others and being a shining light in the community. This business is a testament to her spirit and a continuance of her legacy.

She is a graduate of Howard University School of Business with a Bachelors Degree in accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in accounting. She is a Virginia native with over 10 years of work experience focused in accounting, finance, and real estate. Her passion is coaching and mentoring others. Over the years, she’s had opportunities to lead, coach, train, and mentor and that’s where her experience and passion collide! She is also a Certified Career Coach through the Career Coach Institute.
